Dylan graduates this coming week, and little baby A and I will be going out to Texas shortly after to be a family again. YAY!!! While it has been a long 5 months, it has changed our relationship in a way that can't really be explained. We are excited to see what journey the Army will take us on. I am so grateful for Dylan and the person that he has always been, I am also grateful for the person that he has become. I will be eternally grateful for the sacrifice that he has made for us and for our little family. If you don't know Dylan, you really should get to. He will change your life, just like he has changed mine.
Next, I want to thank everyone who has supported us this far. While in the beginning, it wasn't ideal to anyone for Dylan to be sacrificing so much for himself, our family and for the country, not a single person can say that they aren't proud of him. Me included. Thank you to our parents, who are going to be missing not only us, but their first granddaughter for taking care of us and loving us while Dylan is gone.
We also celebrated Adysin's first birthday a little early, in hopes to get all of our loved ones together one last time. She had so much fun and got to eat lots of sugar for the first time. Thank you for everyone that came, and we missed everyone that didn't.
As far as my resolutions are going, I stopped taking the temple prep classes because I felt that I needed to take them and prepare with Dylan once we are together again. In the meantime, I have been meeting twice weekly with missionaries in hopes to help me feel prepared once I do start taking those lessons again. I have also gone from 133 pounds to 126. While 7 pounds may not seem like much to some people, I can feel the worlds difference. I have more energy to follow around that sweet baby and I feel better everyday.
